Is this easy??

I have a problem. i am doing a little project at work to cost on-going contracts

I have NAME, Contract NO, Area, Rate amongst others

However the 'rate' for each 'named' person varies depending on Area

Can i sort it so that when you choose the name and area, the corresponding rate for that person and area is automatically found

Hope this makes sense it is scrambling my brain!!!!!

Are you entering data directly into the table or using a form?
