is this a valid expression??

I have this expression in a computed object:
if( toggle = 1, 'On', 'Off' )
yet it says that it expects a TRUE/FALSE Statement.
this is weird
any ideas?

perhaps is the column value "toggle" allready a boolean? Are you sure it is a numeric?

if(toggle,"On","Off")

have fun!
