Is there a command to find out how many agents are loged in without goint to BCMR.

If you do disp sys cust in ASA and look under call center optional features (page 7 in 3.1.4) it will show you how many you are liceneced for and how many are logged in.

You can also use 'display capacity'.

Do a list agent staffed and you will see all the agents that are logged in

I just use "list agent staffed" command. I also like to use the "list agent staffed skill xxx" command.
