Is there support for id3 tags?

I want to write a program (personal use only) that changes id3 tags for mp3 files. I have found no support in the .NET Framework help, but maybe I'm missing something. Thanks in advance for your time.

Maybe this will help, as I doubt there is a .net way to do this:

is in c# (even though it appears to be in vb), and you may be able to divine the information from that example.
