Is there such a thing as a Quality EMail Hosting Service Provider?

Can anyone provide me with a referral to a company that can host our email services - now here's the catch - that can actually do a superior job? We have gone through three service providers in the last 9 months because they cannot provide reliable service.

Any recommendations or referrals for superior quality email hosting service providers would be sincerely appreciated.

How big is your organization? If its small, you can create your own linux box and have it run your e-mail.
