I can't see where there is, I don't think so (?) we are 96 enabled, but have 24 channels, we turned 4 into ACCESS channels, so it took away from that. We now have 20 channels and 4 access channels.
The only requirement I know that would affect your deployment would be the requirments on the PBX ACD/DN's, ACD Agent licenses, etc. I think CCMS is already by default licensed for using access channels. In the back of mind I think there is a PBX AST requirement but I may be confusing that with CCT (TAPI)
