For some reason, our BCM400 v3.0 doesn't allow me to login. Both supervisor/ee_admin passwords are not accepted, although i know my passwords are correct, I tried the defaults also.

Anyway, I have good backup files created by BCM400 BRU Utility. Is there any way to extract BRU file?

Thanks, saruul

You could Telnet in and find them on the HD, but you won't be able install them without the BRU working.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Can you explain a little further Acewarlock? I have a BCM400 4.0 that I have to replace the HDD on and my last b-up is from 10/07. I have set scheduled weekly b-ups to the BCM and was wondering if there was a way to get to them to Restore with instead of using the old b-up.
I have been told that this cannot be done on the 4.0 systems because of the Linux OS.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry i havn't worked with a 4.0 yet.
