Is there any way to import Lotus Notes archives/mail into Outlook?

I have setup Outlook 2000 as my mail client for our Lotus Notes server via MAPI. By doing this all my new messages and any message that I had saved on the Lotus Notes database could be moved to Outlook. I don't even have to log into Lotus Notes anymore.
Lotus Notes has a very good Help on how to setup Outlook to do this.
