Is there any way to get rid of a password on a PST file?

If you've been stupid enough to do this and not remember the password - is there any way to get past it??? I'd be most grateful for any pointers.

And yes, it was me, and yes I'm embarrassed. But I was under duress!

which has a 30 day shareware password cracker for Outlook XP/2K, etc.
