is there any folder sercuity management software

Sorry guys,this is something really out of microsoft. but i don't know where to look for help but to try my luck here. I was implementing some NTFS securities on the servers for my customer. There are tons of folder and files which i need to create some documentation of what are the securities level on what folder etc. Is there any software (Preferably freeware) that i can work with ??
