is there an auto format button for arranging my code? 2

My friend showed me this cool formatting tool in his java editor where after a click of his mouse all the code formatted itself. So all the loops were correctly indented automatically.

I've been doing it manually for years in vb. Is there a way to autoformat my code?

It just takes so long manually.

There is an Add-In called Smart Indent that works in Access and Excel. I'm sure it will work in VB6 too.

There appear to be several options if you Google for 'vb code formatter'.

I actaully prefer manually formatting as I write because it helps me write and has become second nature.

Hugh you are quite right it's a good habit to pick up.
