Does anyone know if there is a Callpilot Alarm Manual of some sort? A central place where you can look up alarms on the server. Like CS1000 MAINT NTP for the PBX.A central manual or place on the Avaya support website. You would think this would be something basic but I'm having a hell of a time finding it.

Is there an alarm manual for CallPilot?

In the alarm log in the GUI the field that shows the error actually has the error there as a hyperlink to what the error represents in the help files. Otherwise you can open the CallPilot help files and there is a spot in there for errors, alerts and alarms.
Unfortunately a lot of the alarm descriptions aren't very helpful.
