We are on CM6.3 and CMS 17. Remote agents are using One-x agent R2 version 2.5.2. We just upgraded this year and agents said they used to be able to see how long they were in after call work. They say there was a timer in the application showing them but now they don't get it.
Was this something they could see in IP agent or do they still have this ability in one-x? If so can someone tell me where the setting is so they can see their acw time?
