to program a list of outside numbers and have each of them receive a recorded message (broadcast message maybe) to notify them of an event/announcement?

one department here at the school would like to notify students of a late fee, without having to dial each of the numbers seperately..

You say outside numbers, do you mean like there home number or are they on the same phone system, if there on the same system you can use Vmail Broadcast.

outside, meaning they are home/work numbers outside the PBX.

might be able to do that with remote notification in mail, but could be a problem to set up, i would look for a stand alone app for that
