Hi,

Need some help for the following case.

I had encounter ECF not working for a while, until i restarted the whole system.

My MD is an BC10CNA137.When i used SUSIP on the extension,it only shown as ECF.

& btw is MD system always need to do Power OFF&ON to re-initialize the data ,inorder to resume all the normal operation.Recently , i had encountered

1. NIU Hang.

2. ECF not working.

3. Unable to do Pickup etc...

After checking (ALLIP,ALLOP : don't shown any error)& re-programmed the same parameters.Sometimes it can resume to working conditions but it will go malfunction again after 1 or 2 wks.But a power OFF&ON will last longer ( say a few months).

Is there a better way to solve this problem without Power OFF&ON the system.Customer is getting out of patience.

Thank You.

First whenever there seems no way to fix a problem I never power off/on . Then I do a RFEXI;

Has this exchange been like this from the very beginning it was installed or what incident started this. This fault of origin must be found first. Basically the MD110 when installed properly is known to be very stable .

I would contact the personell having installed this site.

Hi duvel,

Is Power OFF&ON & RFEXI about the same. Both will caused all incoming & outgoing calls to dropped.

For info, the MD use to be OK,but sometimes the PIckup is not working.

Thank You.

tigerlow,

latest BC10 CNA is CNA144, it is RECOMMENDED to do such upgrade seeing the problems your have, I know that there are quite a few fixes concerning hanging ECF calls and faulty Group pickups. please contact your local service provider to solve this matter.
