Is there a way to keep the users from changing the "Personalized Ringing Pattern"?

We run a call center with hot desking across three shifts and we need to keep the users from changing the ring pattern.
 
Change this in the 46xx settings file

## OPSTAT restricts access to certain user options.
## Value Operation
## 000 user options are not accessible

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)
 
So I cannot do it per station in the Avaya CM?
 
well, I guess I'll make the change to the file. Not looking forward to rebooting all the phones though.

Can you keep them from changing the ring volume as well?
 
i think you can set the ring volume from the settings file ...sorry being lazy but im sure its there CTRL + F (ring) search will do the trick[sleeping]
