Is there a way to insert hyperlinks into a htm file generated from bo?

You can add the hyperlinks before you save it as HTML. Doing it after is just a matter of knowing which files to edit.

Just build the hyperlinks as objects in your universe! You could do them in the reports if they are FC reports but best and quicker in the end to do them in the universe. You could if you have enough control produce the hyperlinks in the Data itself, this is something that I have recently been doing for some circumstances.
