Is there a system wide setting that works the same as the Hunt-group “Redirect on No Answer” setting?
We are setting up CBA which does not work well with RONA applied to the hunt group. I have been told by an Avaya technician that there is a system wide setting that that works similar to the Hunt Group RONA setting, logs the agent out if they do not answer. He did not know name or where the setting was located.
Does anyone know what setting this could be and any steps on configuring it? Any assistance would be appreciated.
