Is there a log or report that shows VDN Variable Activity?

Hi -

We are an electric utility, and we use VDN variables to change call routing during outages. When a variable is activated it routes all incoming calls to our IVR. We would like to have the ability to check a report or log file that tells us when a variable has been changed. Does anyone know if such a report or log exists?
