Can someone please tell me if there is a keyboard shortcut to switch between "Character formatting controls" and Paragraph formatting controls".
I am talking about the panels displayed at the top of an indesign document. Rather than clicking on one or the other, is there a keyboard command to alternate.
Thanks for any help.

You can also easily set up your own. Go to edit - keyboard shortcuts - in "product area" scroll to "views, navigation," then scroll down to "toggle character and paragraph modes in control panel" and assign your own shortcut. I find Alt q to be handy for this -- for a righthander at least.
