Running CM6.3 is there a setting in the switch that is a default automatic disconnect after a certain period of time? This is an acd environment and the VDN goes to a vector with no disconnect steps but has options and if no options are selected they will repeat over and over. Will the avaya switch force disconnect this call after a certain period of time?

Thanks,
Oscar

Not easily. I suppose there are trunk disconnect timers you can administer.

You can either make your vectors longer and repetitive and eventually disconnect, or if you're feeling fancy, use vector variables. Something like A=0, A=A+1, if A=10 disconnect, else continue holding and go back to that A=A+1 step, lather, rinse and repeat.
