Is there a command that I can use to see what agent is logged onto a station?

You know like you can run "li agent ****" and it shows you which station they are logged onto can you do the same but vice versa as in a situation where you know the station id but not the agent id?

Anyone know of one???

Thanks,
Nat

I am not aware of a command for this, but you could try calling the station number and asking the agent who they were?!

Logically yeah, but I thought there may be a command to show it..also we work remotely on different sites and from home so its not always possibly to call the station as the acd turrets dont have ddis.

:0) thanks though

The "sta sta xxxx" will show you what group they are logged into and their state.

Just thinking about it and if you do a li agent on GEDI then sort by extension you can see... suppose its the long way round. Just thought there may have been a simple command.

thanks guys...

I use the sta sta XXXXX -- but instead of the extension, I use the agent id as the xxxxx. It shows me the extension as the CF Extension which is ususally their extension.

Thanks,

Joe

Yeah just tried that and it works....excellent.

I knew there would be an easy way around it!!!

Thanks mate...

jamcb80,

wow, never thought about that. thanks! worth a star.

Another way to find which agent is logged onto the station is to status the station, find out which skill(xx) it is logged into and then run the command "monitor bcms split xx". This screen will show you which agents are logged and thier extensions.

aztech01,

yeah but that's a long way. status station on agent-id works faster.

Hi

I guess i'm missing something here.
Since the agent id is what we are looking for, how can we status station on agent id?

dwalin,

I know that you can issue the command "st st 1234" where 1234 is an agent id.
What i mean is, that this is exactly what we are looking for.The agent id.We know the station that someone is logged into but we do not know the agent id that he used to login, right?

jimtr,

yeah, sorry. didn't read your question thoroughly. yes, if you need to know what agent id is logged in on extension, you should do a status station, note some skill that is there and do "mon bcms skill x", that will display agents and their extensions. alternatively, you can run "list agent staffed" and look for extension you need and associated agent id.
truth to say, i don't know why avaya didn't add such a useful information to status station screen. :(

In addition to the above methods mentioned, if you use CMS you can run a real time skill status report. It will show agent ID and extension...

Thanks,

Wildcard

'list bcms-vustats loginids' will list all of your bcms logins as well as the name, extension, and group they are logged in to at that time.

thanks, tim

I get it now...Sorry ive been in a dreamworld. I cant run sta sta agent login cause the agent login is what im looking for. Got a bit confused there. :0)

Best way then would be to run the li agents staffed and trawl through to look for the stat id. I just thought there would be a quick and easy command to run to show you. I agree, Avaya should have added this.

Thanks for all your tips

list ag staf

This will show all agent witch are logged in. Then search you station from the listed stations.
