We have a CS1000 w/ CC7.. we're using Not Ready codes for agent status. Is there a way to totally eliminate the MSB key from a phoneset and still allow agents to log out ?

Thanks for the response.. We're using 1140 ip phones with Plantronics Vista M12 amplifiers.. Will unplugging the headset work in this scenario ?

Can you try to off-hook then on-hook the handset while logged in?
