Is the method for remote aloha boh access still the same?

In thread693-1722625 @Coorsman describes how to set up a remote computer to access an instance of aloha boh. The thread is nearly five years old, so I wanted to know if anything has changed since then?

not for old aloha manager.
New Aloha manager would require CFC to accomplish the same goal. It would also require you are licensed for CFC, have the activation code and are setup on your primary BOH for CFC.

Hello @AlohaRoss,

I am new to Aloha having taken over a client from a friend who is unable to work anymore due to medical reasons. How would I determine whether I have the "old" or "new" Aloha Manager?
