Hello,

I have 3 servers with arcserve 2000 installed. I don't know wich service pack is installed. How can I see that in Arcserve? Does anyone know?

In Arcserve Manager choose help, about. This will diplay the build number as well as service pack (SP).

These are the various Build with all different sp's.

1.Build 1018 - Base Build
2.Build 1030 - sp1
3.Build 1050 - sp2
4.Build 1086 - sp3

hope that helps..

HI,

Sorry to counter ur point EPOHL but.....
AS2000 ,help\about will not tell you the Sp installed..
check the build if it says Build 1086 .. then you have
SP3 insatlled on AS2000...

Check this link for further details

If your CD says "BrightStor ARCserve 2000" then the build on your CD is already at 1086. It's a remastered CD that was created atthe time SP3 was released.

You can also get to 1086 from a previous build with SP3.

Hi,

Can any of you guys tell me if the service packs are cumulative or do they all have to be applied individually ?

Thanks.
