Is PCA, or Personal Call Assistant an option in Avaya Aura (red)

Hi all,

I was curious if there was a feature like the PCA (Personal Call Assistant) available in the Avaya Aura (Red) phone system. I somehow think that was an add on feature in the old Nortels but i'm not sure. perhaps it's called something else now?

Sounds like EC500. Search on EC500 and see if that's what you're looking for.

I recall that PCA simply allowed to simultaneously ring both a desk phone and a mobile phone. The easiest way to do this with current technology is Avaya Workplace on an Android/iOS smartphone in addition to an Avaya SIP desk phone. In fact, you can ring up to 10 SIP devices simultaneously (J100, PC client, smartphone client) and seamlessly move the call from one to another.
