Is Norstar Manager 3.7 available anywhere? 1

I'm new to this forum and new to Norstar Manager and NRU. We recently added a "new" location that has an old 8x24 KSU with Flash Mail, ATA2, T7406 cordless and a FastRad. It seems like all our locations end up with a different phone system! I would like to be able to connect to the phone system remotely. I have Norstar Manager 3.5 on Windows XP and it's not very stable, I seem to get booted off quite regularly. I have looked through old posts and it appears I need version 3.7. I would like to connect to the phone system via a serial connection on a PC that is on our network. Is version 3.7 available from any source, download or disc? I found Norstar Manager 3.5 and Remote Utilities 10 on the Nortel website.
