Is my SCSI card LVD or SE?

I'm trying to discover whether my SCSI card is LVD or SE. Here's what I have so far:

What is printed on the adapter-frame next to the connectors?

My gut feeling says it is a dual bus Ultra320 LVD/SE SCSI adapter. Both types of devices/cables are compatible, but I don't think you can mix both type of devices on the same bus, or if you do, you'll limit speed and cabling length.

As p5wizard says, it should support both LVD and SE but not at the same time or it will all slow down to the SE speed, at least when you access a SE device.

LVD supports up to 320 MB/s, SE is limited to 40 MB/s.

Plus, to connect SE devices, you'll need a special converter cable to match the different connector types.
