To create Windows like applications, install them on a server and make the clients access those aplications?

¿Any ideas on how to achieve it?

Sure - just make sure all users have the .NET Framework installed on their PCs.

Thanks for your answer, but what if those application have our own Active X, I can't manage to make it work it returns an error, it seems the client its not capable of downloading the component with the application. The just in time compiler isn't capable of understand the code
