Is it possible to export a 2 column report from CRW to Word 2002 as a .rft type file and preserve the 2 column layout? I get format preserved but only 1 column. I am stymied by this problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I need advice. TIA

Do you mean .RTF?

Because what you're asking is very possible. Before you export, make sure that both your columns are aligned on both the left and right sides to guidelines.

Report is designed in CRW 7 pro. Report is a livestock sale catalog designed as a section with group kept together in print multiple columns format. About 60 SQL values are inserted into each section which represents one animal. The second column doesn't exist until preview and export. I have guide lines where the second column should appear in preview but it still imports as a single column. The group footer only appears under the design section. Should it extend to include the portion where the second column is dislayed or is that done automatically when the duplication of the group is preformed? I am a novice who knows a lot more about cattle than about programing. Can you give me additional help as to how to get this export to work. Would greatly appreciate it.
