right now our reception phone rings and if no one answers it after 15 sec, then our office group rings but the reception phone stops ringing. is it possible to have the reception phone continue to ring in addition to the office group ringing?

also, in the setup above is it possible for any voicemail that comes in to always be left on the receptionists phone extension?

Put the reception phone in the overflow hunt group. Send the group to NA voicemail. Source number the first hunt group on reception for visual voice.
