Customer ipo ver 8, vmpro and contactstore.
Scenario
Its a surgery, recording all conversations by voice recording on ddi. I understand that when a call is passed to a VM box the call recording stops.
However Customer wants a copy of the vm left for future problem solving issues that may arise.
The system is stand alone VMpro straight into ipo. Not allowed to put it onto his network.
I have thought about saving the message in the mail box, moving the vm to another mailbox, but then it would be a nightmare to search for a recording. Is there any way recordings into this mailbox could be automatically be copied to the vrl folder for contactstore to process.
