Is it possible to use swedish / danish and norwegian keyboard

Is it possible to use swedish / danish and norwegian keyboard using the same Terminal Service Server (Windows 2003).

I have users connecting from all over scandinavia and now I would like to know if anyone has got any ideas about using multi lingual for keyboards and how to use it for each user. The swedish ö is not the same as a danish o with a line inside it ..

Sorry, i found that terminal service wil use the keyboard setting that the local client is using - problem solved
