Is it possible to superimpose a pic of a Batman cowl onto a pic of someone's face AND make the eye-holes of the cowl in the first pic transparent so that the person's eyes show through?

Does anyone know how to do this if it is possible to do?

Thank you.

If the cowl is on a layer above the persons face, you can use a mask on the cowl layer to allow the face layer to be seen. You can also control the degree of transparency with the mask.

Yes it is possible, you make a selection of batmans hat, inverse it, make sure you background colour is set to white, go to edit>fill, select background colour. Once the background is white then go to your eraser tool, select magic eraser tool then click on the white background, this will turn into a checkerboard patten which means it's transparent.

Select all, then copy it.

open the other image, paste then Taaa Daaa.

...or you could read your Photoshop manual regarding 'layer masks'.
