Is it possible to let a .swf file create another .swf file?

I would like to make an application in flash, where the user can select the images which will be in the output files( which will be .swf and .html)

but I have no idea if this is possible, I don't recall ever seeing this..

no, i dont think this is possible to do at the moment. There maybe an extension that will let you do it in the future.

I haven't seen anything like you said about on the web!!

I don't see why one couldn't create a mime type in the html and send variables to that created swf, which is displayed in (server folder permissions required)
