When a call come from this Number, IPO forward the call to other destination

Yes, you enter the number in the "Incoming CLI" box of the incoming call route and then set the destination to where you want! If I have understood your question right.

You can also do this by area code for sales territories/groups, or for specific acount reps direction by customer CLID. I have many times set up area code ICR's, and even CLID, by CLID for routing certain customers to certain users.
