I am trying to create a report that will track days that people work. I have a query set to pull the records based on a combo box with the names of employees.

Is it possible to create a report that will display days worked in calendar format? If so, is it possible to color days off in a different color.

It seems like it would be simple to do, but I have not had any luck creating it.

Did you ever get an answer to this question? I am trying exactly the same thing, and I cannot find a way of doing it. I assume it would take a considerable amout of code within the report to place the info on the appropriate date within the calendar.

Try looking at thread702-19300

This may help

Thanks for the link, but it refers to forms. What I need specifically, is a report that displays in calendar format. Information regarding scheduling is input via a "Projects" form, most users view this information in a traditional column report layout, sorted by due date.

But of course, there are those, who insist on seeing the report in a 30 day calendar format. I assume it will take a little code writing and line drawing, but I really would like to see if anyone has done this before I jump into this task.

Currently, someone re-types the info into a Word table, or calendar template. Not very efficient.

Any help is greatly appreciated. RoCoPe

If you get the example from the thread I mentioned it also includes a report sample

It's worth looking at as it takes more than a little code to achieve what you want

If you have difficilty I can e mail you the example

NICE!!!....

That's along the lines of what I had figured it would take. I can take that and make the necessary changes.

Thanks for your help!!! RoCoPe
