is it possible to change image dimension?

hi , i have an image. i found its size by watching, image>canvas size , and it is 554 x 558 (pixels)

i want to make it 512x512 . is it possible?

plz give the steps....the image is in gray-scale. i am using paint shop pro 8.

Image/Resize ... chose Pixels instead of Percent
