I am not refering to the Audit database, but rather the conventional logfiles created by the CE10 web server?

Certainly. The log files are found in the \Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Enterprise 10\Logging directory, unless a different location is set on the comamnd line. The time entries are made in GMT. Most of the action descriptions are fairly straightforward to understand and you won't see anything like core dumps. If what you're looking for is not there it may be because the logs are not for the right server.

Thanks

Carl

If you're referring to the IIS web server logs, they're located at c:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1 on your server. You can actually use Crystal Reports to report off of these files using the "MS IIS/Proxy Log Files" connection type.

The IIS logs are not terribly useful, but you can obtain some general information about the activity level of your servers and the number of distinct users at various times.
