Is it possible 1 field writable while others are not in view only

as you can see in the picture (see below)
Im using multiple table and link them to view "dbo.vw_Stud_Test" which links 3 tables (people, academic, peoplegeneral) They are all view only. I would like to have one field that can write/read and the rest of the field read only. Is that possible?

This is for Microsoft SQL server by the way
 
As long as the field being updated in not ambiguous, you should be able to update. See (among other places): Modifying Data Through a View

Its completely view only and unable to update any new info. I want to create a photo field, the only field I should be able to update in the same location as the view/table. Can you show me the way to do that?
