is it posible to have 2 scenes with different sizes?

ie it posible to have to scenes in a movie with different sizes? one scene @ 500 px x 400 px and the other @ 700 px x 300 px ??

Make your movie 700*400, and mask each scene (with a topmost masking layer) with a mask sized 500*400 for the first scene, and another one 700*300 on the second scene...

oldnewbie, can I ask you something...what do you think about creating a whole website in flash? is this something common? or is it just too much work...I want to know your thoughts on this...cause it seems like there are alot of things to do as I create my whole website in flash..I run into alot of complicated issues...as far as design.
