Is html_CascadeUpTill javascript?

Is html_CascadeUpTill javascript and if so where do I find more information on it. What is this

I have been googling it with no success.

It definitely is a function or method built in JS. It seems to have something to do with Oracle from what I can find.

So I would assume its a custom method for some JS framework or library Oracle has for something.

There really doesn't seem to be much info on it. No function definition I can find anyway.

Without the library that houses this method's definition, there's not much to do.
