Is full restore bring back OGM recordings (TES824)?

Hi,

I've been thinking of resetting my old TES824 since there are some glitches in the settings that don't work right anymore, for an instance in my previous link here.

My main concern is this: is restoring the TES824 bring back all of the OGM recordings? First I'll back up the TES824 with the KX-TE Maintenance Console before resetting and restoring it.

Not sure if you can download recordings on tes.

Sh!t, I thought it's going to be easy peasy backing it up and restoring it back. This would prove to be troublesome, Panasonic should have made it easier for user to completely back up all of the recordings.

No, I don't see any other back-up option for OGM recordings.

On the ncp you can download recordings but is seperate to system

Don't know if this would work but remove vm card first and it may keep recordings. Won't work for disa recordings as this is on board

Dang, it's DISA recordings which I want to save and restore. That means I can't back them up?

Ncp is the panaaonic IP/digital system. Vm card is for voice mail. You can play the recordings and record to a phone or digital recorder. You may lose de some sound quality

Unfortunately, I don't have those two things in my Panasonic TES824 unit.
