You can look at including the Report Creation API calls in your application. These allow the user to make modifications or "create" a report, but they will subject your application to royalties. What do you mean by "Dynamic Charts"? The Axes and values in the chart, will always be dynamic, being based on the data you retieve for the report.

If you want to select the chart type dynamicly, create each standard chart in your report, and use a parameter and conditional section suppress to display only one of them.

If the groups need to be dynamic, use a paramater and a formula to make the grouping dynamic. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear
