I have been spoiled on windows 2000 for too long! Can anyone tell me where to find the IRQ information on devices on NT?

Windows NT 4.0 is not Plug and Play (PnP) OS systems. You'll have to setup each device by yourself. If it's PCI devices, then assign an IRQ to PCI slot in the BIOS. If you have few cards in your PC the setting "AUTO" will work in most cases.
