Would I still be able to ping the board if the WAN is down?
This is what I see when I pull a config

Did you check the LED's in the troubleshooting section? Do you have a solid, downward facing triangle?

Try this command:

list ipserver-interface

If they're down, depending on your version of CM, you may have to kick them back into service.

change system-parameters ess (CM versions below 5.x)
get forced-takeover ipserver-interface port-network X (CM 5.x and above)
change system-parameters port-networks (You can you use this to schedule them to auto-recover with CM5.x and above)

Hope this helps.

Yes, I do have a downward facing arrow on my IPSI, what does that mean?

A solid downward facing arrow, or an outline of a downward facing arrow?

Download the doc I referenced earlier, go to page 75 and tell me which one you have, please.

In looking at this again... your whole cabinet is down, but you can ping the IPSI. Everything is showing up as NO BOARD.

Did you try to reset the packet-interface for Paort Network 2? I've seen it after a power outage where some IPSI's will have full connectivity, but you'll swear that there's no power to the cabinet if you're looking at it remotely through CM translations.
If you've verified there is power by pinging the IPSI's, try "reset packet-interface 2A" and let me know how that works out for you.

Thanks for everyones help, all of you are great!!!!

I did a reset system 4 and the phones registered at the right location, everything is up!!!

Thanks again!!!!!!
