IPSI replacement cause Maintenance board to go into busy 1

I have a customer with s8500 CM2.2, where we replaced the reference IPSI last week, and installed new accompanying license file. Its s single IPSI/PN configuration. PBX is up and working properly, but I show maintenance board 1A as now constantly in a busy state. The new IPSI is TN2312 HW3/FW040. We had site tech reseat the maintenance board during maint. window and still have the minor alarm and board is in busy state when doing a list config. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
 
what does display errors show?
what does test maintenance long show?
Maintenance is pretty solid on this hardware and documentation should help to resolve your issue.
Did you try a new tn775D?
Latest FW for IPSI is 47

downgrade the firmware. I had similar problems with this level of firmware only on HW 3 ipsi boards.

Use Firmware 44 and see how you get on.

Thanks guys. I will consulte the 2.2 maintenance manual, and then if not able to resolve will upgrade to FW44 if needed.
