Is there any known issues with FW 40?

This version of firmware is applicable to TN2312AP hardware vintage 1
and 2 and TN2312BP hardware vintage 3 and greater.

FV40 is recommended for TN2312BP HV25 or higher. For pre TN2312BP-HV25 circuit
packs (including all hardware vintages of TN2312AP), FV40 operates identically
to FV38 and FV39. Customers with pre-TN2312BP HV25 circuit packs running FV38
or FV39 do not need to upgrade to FV40.

Firmware Vintage 40 contains the following fix for TN2312BP HV25 or higher
circuit packs (relative to FV39, the previous GA vintage of firmware):

Previously, on HV25+ IPSI boards, once the flash memory containing the IP
parameter settings filled up (700 plus parameter changes), the IPSI board
would not successfully save additional parameter changes to flash. This would
cause these settings to revert to previous settings after a board reset. This
has been corrected.

Looking at the read me files, Avaya has no known issues listed.

Hell, there are no rules here - we're trying to accomplish something.
