Hello to everyone. I am new to doing firmware upgrades and wonder if someone could help me.
Here are the steps I took.
Downloaded Bin File = TN2312bp-f54-sig.bin
Busy out IPSI board 41b01
Did a list ipserver-interface to confirm.
Did copy firmware to Media Server on Maintenance Web interface.
This worked correctly.
Did a download IPSI Firmware on the Maintenance Web Interface.
I get a error IPSI copy2flash: Fail
IPSI HW13 FW050 Current IPSI Version.
Communication Manager 5.2 (I Think?)
Does anybody have any Ideas?
I would try the Linux instructions I found but I do not know how to do a SAT Session.
Thanks, Kerry

unplug the tn2312 and plug it back in. Try your upgrade again.

FYI, several Avaya certs recently expired for existing firmware, meaning they had to be upgraded prior to the expiration date. I believe IPSI's were on that list. May want to check with your vendor to see if that's whats causing the issue.
