IPS 2000 dropping incoming calls.

I am a newcomer to the forum and I think this site is the best I've seen so far..excellent!!.I am tasked to keep our pabx system going but I don't have much experience in programming.I have a NEAX IPS 2000 dropping off incoming calls on the DTerm seies handsets. Any idea on what is happening and how to solve this??

If it is the series i phones from a few years ago and an individual station problem, then it might be the hook switch spring going soft. NEC had an issue with this a few years ago. You could try to open up a phone with the problem and stretch out the spring a little. Give it a little more tension, or replace the phone.
